AIDS Free Pittsburgh (AFP) is a public health movement to end the HIV epidemic in Allegheny County by 2030. AFP is a collaborative initiative comprised of government agencies, healthcare institutions, and community-based organizations that strive to support and improve the care of people living with HIV, as well as communities most affected by the risk of HIV. AFP works to raise awareness and build collaborations among community stakeholders. 

Our mission is to protect, promote, and preserve the health and well-being of all Allegheny County residents, particularly the most vulnerable.

The STD/HIV program provides STD/HIV prevention resources and education materials. 

Our Mission: To improve health and wellbeing, Allies provides integrated medical care, supportive human services, and community-based education for individuals living with, or at risk of HIV, viral hepatitis, and sexually transmitted infections. We are able to offer free mobile rapid HIV, syphilis, Hep C testing at the event.

We are a LGBTQIA+ focused practice in Pittsburgh specializing in working with transgender and neurodiverse folx. We are primarily art therapists and also provide counseling services to individuals, couples and families. 

We are starting an LGBTQ+ Mentoring program for LGBTQ+ Youth to go out into the community with a consistent adult who can mentor them. We also provide safe, inclusive activities for matches to go out into the community and gain a network of support. 

Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center provides a vibrant, inclusive space in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley for all of the region's LGBTQ+ residents. We produce world-class, life-enriching LGBTQ+ culture and community-building programs. We develop leading-edge LGBTQ+ health programs. We offer LGBTQ+ youth programs every day after school. We ensure that the critical supportive services of our community are met. We advocate for our community. 

Clothing, connections, confidence! The mission of Dress for Success Pittsburgh is to empower women who are entering and returning to the workforce across the region.

Empath is a team working together to host sober pop-up events that make an impact on our social scene with the end goal of opening a permanent sober bar. Our events include inventive and creative house-made non-alcoholic drinks and our intention is to provide a fun, safe, supportive and inclusive environment and to build a community for everyone from all walks of life, both sober and "sober curious." We host a variety of events including music, comedy, movement, art as well as inspiring workshops. We would love to setup a table at Pride Millvale to serve our house-made and hand-crafted non-alcoholic mixed drinks to the community!

Every Child’s mission is to build a stronger community and empower families by providing family support and clinical services. 

Our foster care program certifies and trains resource families and supports families as they care for the children. Our goal is to assist in reunifying these children with their family of origin whenever possible. When that is not possible, we help find children a permanent home. We are experienced in placing youth who need specialized foster care due to medical conditions, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges. In addition, we are trained to address the needs of youth in the LGBTQ+ community. We are proud to announce that Every Child, Inc. has received the Innovative Inclusion Tier of Recognition from the Human Rights Campaign. Our team is committed to delivering equitable and affirming services to ALL children, youth, and families. Now more than ever, achieving this level of recognition spotlights our dedication to ensuring the removal of anti-LGBTQ+ bias in the child welfare system in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

HeadCount is a non-partisan organization that uses the power of music to register voters and promote participation in democracy. We reach young people and music fans where they already are – at concerts, local events, and online – to inform and empower.

At Allegheny Health Network (AHN), we believe all people should have access to the high-quality, personalized care we offer across western Pennsylvania.

Millvale Youth works under the Millvale Community Development Corporation to provide the youth of Millvale with resources, activities, support, and safe spaces around town. 

The Pennsylvania Keystone Chapter of the National MS Society works to improve the quality of life for people affected by MS in Central and Western PA. This group was formed to build awareness and support for the National MS society in the young adult demographics, as well as to develop meaningful relationships with the young adult community who are either affected by MS or know some who is affected by MS.

Addressing the needs of people in crisis, hardship and poverty in Northern Allegheny County. Social services include providing food, financial assistance for emergencies, rental, utilities, transportation.  Along with legal services, free tax preparation, education assistance, and services for older adults.

We are a 5013c Non Profit Organization. Our core values are to educate, promote & offer leadership skills and opportunities to members of the community, LGBTQ+ and all other ally’s. We are a state pageant system which means we operate in the state of Pennsylvania only. We do events for charity, we host parties for things such as Mental Health Awareness Month, we support our local bars and our local drag community. We strive to offer those who wish to make a difference in this world the chance to let their voice be heard. We host online photo contests & the winners for their categories will be inducted into our Pennsylvania pride royalty family. 

PYC is Pennsylvania's first and only statewide LGBTQ youth organization, and only statewide LGBTQ advocacy organization in Harrisburg. We provide resources and support for LGBTQ youth and allies at prides, and information on general LGBTQ advocacy in PA. 

PGH Equality Center serves as a bridge that promotes education, advocacy, and social justice for all LGBTQIA+ people and allies in Western Pennsylvania.

Planned Parenthood is one of the nation’s leading providers of high-quality, affordable health care, and the nation’s largest provider of sex education. With or without insurance, you can always come to us for your health care.

Helping LGBTQIA+ youth (ages 18 - 25) and adults experiencing homelessness and housing instability in the Pittsburgh Region find resources and housing options.

QBurgh is Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania's LGBTQ news resource. 

Grass roots nonprofit organization that provides mini grants to LGBTQ+ folx that are trying to expand their family through fertility treatments, IUI/IVF, adoption, surrogacy, and more. 

Sharing resources for LGBTQIA+ folks in Pittsburgh, businesses by queer people in our community, and information on gender & sexual orientation.


Our mission is to advocate for the acceptance, full participation and liberation of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions within the Lutheran church. Supporters of LGBTQIA+ people and families are not the minority in our Lutheran church, but are the growing majority. 


RCC is western Pennsylvania’s only LGBTQIA+ and allies choral group. We strive to promote a positive image of the LGBTQIA+ community and to be a leading contributor to the cultural life of the tri-state area. We seek to build bridges both within the LGBTQIA+ community, the music community, and with the community at large. Our programming blends challenging contemporary music, commissions of new works, an ambitious traditional repertoire, and music from various world cultures.

3RBA provides opportunities, access, and resources to LGBTQIA+ business owners and professionals operating in the Pittsburgh/ Greater Allegheny region and their allies. As an NGLCC affiliate, we are committed to expanding the economic interests of LGBTQIA+ owned and allied businesses through advocacy, education, business development and growth, diversity, leadership, and partnerships throughout our region.  

At UPMC, we have a wonderfully diverse patient population. Our goal is to make sure all patients are treated with dignity and respect and have their individual needs met while feeling safe and accepted during their care.

Alva's Apothecary

We are an online/traveling metaphysical business that specializes in crystals, handmade jewelry, resin gifts and other misc. metaphysical items. Even though we don't reside in Millvale we've participated in Millvale Youth Dance events in the past! We love supporting Millvale organizations and events! 

I am a queer local Pittsburgh artist and author who has largely found himself making art, books, and zines about unique legendary creatures, from Mothman and the Monongahela Monster to Krampus and denizens of western folklore. I price my work to be accessible to everyday folks. At festivals I usually make custom pieces while folks mill around.

I’m the “ Bead Mama” - I make custom gemstone bead bracelets and Pride Bracelets. I also have a 10 foot “ Bead Bar” where people make their own Pride bracelets . 

I am a resin artist, and make things such as custom rolling trays, jewelry trays, vanity sets and ashtrays. I am also a crotchet artist that crotchets body suits, shoes, handbags, and other wear. 

Dragonflies & Lavender is a small, woman owned business. The artist, Carlee, is a current undergraduate student at Chatham University, studying international business and graphic design. To channel her inner artist and put her studies into practice, Carlee has created Dragonflies & Lavender to share her creations with the world. Carlee focuses her work on two main mediums: graphic illustrations, and sustainable fabric dyeing. The graphic illustration work is created and made available to purchase through stickers, prints, and small accessories. In a much deeper process, sustainable fabric dyeing is made possible by purchasing garments from a secondhand shop and up cycling them through a natural dyeing process. This form of artwork is all in effort to help eliminate textile waste.

A local, Millvale resident creates Pride and nature themed art!

Coffee, Music, Community. This Millvale business is a community minded DIY label and coffee vendor.

I recreate 6pack rings into colorful, and sometimes light up or glow in the dark, wall/window/free hanging art designs/decorations such as snowflakes, spiderwebs, flowers, butterflies, and more directly to Pride, mandala/geo-designs and hearts that have color schemes for Pride, Bisexual, Transgender, Pansexual, etc. flags.

Unique & curious items for the unique & curious. One of a kind miniature scenes, jewelry, homewares, faux mushroom terrariums, prints - everything handmade.

 I sell sublimation and vinyl working on some cool, fun queer stuff! I will also be doing a fundraiser while there for Proud Haven! We will be selling proud Haven Mugs at 20$ each with 10$ of every mug going to Proud Haven! Limited Quantity available that day but orders will be taken!
